To be honest I think it has got to that horrible point in noise-core that occurs in all genres, where the boundaries have been so established as to render experimentation void or even impossible without transcending the given style's original objectives. 'Challenger' is 'noise-core' through and through, not something that could be so easily ascribed to any of the previously mentioned bands, and along with the expected similar albums that should appear in the months to come perhaps heralds the final unfortunate 'gong' for the genre!
